Founded in 2008 by husband and wife team James and Jennifer Vellano, formerly of Per Se in Manhattan and Blue Hill at Stone Barns, Maison Privé takes great care to assess, analyze and masterfully create the perfect menu whether for a summer cocktail party, a dinner with the family, or local wines paired with handcrafted artisanal cheeses. Located in Greenwich, Connecticut, Maison Privé is a boutique catering company, specializing in custom menus that are tailored to each specific client and event.
Every product is carefully selected in order to ensure a healthy, refined dining experience that promotes the local farmers, sustainable harvest practices, and organically grown seasonal fruits and vegetables.
